APC Leader, Joe Igbokwe, Criticizes Rising Cost Of Living, Blames Inflation For Citizens’ Woes
APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, has once again expressed deep concern over the rising electricity tariffs currently affecting the country.
In an open letter to President Tinubu over the weekend, Igbokwe highlighted the growing burden of high electricity costs. He cautioned that without swift government intervention, many businesses could face closure due to the crippling expenses.
In a series of fresh posts on his Facebook page, the staunch APC supporter reiterated his concerns, warning that if electricity providers continue with their exorbitant charges, Nigerians might be left with no choice but to bypass official channels. He further shared that the steep tariffs have forced his own household to adopt cost-saving measures, such as frequently turning off electrical appliances and increasingly relying on solar power to meet their energy needs.
